Case 05 · Digisac
Design System and Redesign
How Nebula DS was built and what it changed, visually, across real Digisac screens and flows.
01 · Nebula DS
First, the foundation: Nebula DS.
Digisac’s design system: components, tokens and themes, each one documented. The redesigns that follow are built with it.
Current numbers, measured in Storybook and Figma. They grow as Nebula DS evolves.
02 · Kanban
Support Kanban: from the old look to Nebula.
The first full use case of Nebula DS. It was born with the old look and, after launch, went through a facelift.
Kanban was born as a new feature, still with the old look. As Nebula spread through the platform redesign, it became clear that a feature with this much visibility and adoption deserved the same treatment. The change was less about structure and more about standardization, visual improvement and making sure it could scale with the evolutions that followed.

03 · Templates
Templates: the whole flow, with Nebula.
The flow was confusing and hard to configure, and it was difficult to tell where the problem was when creating or editing a template. On top of that, templates started to be approved by Meta, and that had to be shown on screen. It was the ideal project to combine the value of redoing the flow with applying the new look, which was already partly in the platform.

Before: a long modal with every field. After: a three-step page, Category, Setup and Content. Here, the first step.
