How I work

Leadership, process and AI in the team workflow.

I introduced AI into the team's workflow with SDD (Spec-Driven Development) and use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Figma AI day to day. In documentation, prototyping and development, time dropped 33%.

I lead five Product Designers and keep designing: leadership happens inside the product, not next to it. The Design Ops practice I created gives everyone the same way of working, from spec to delivery.

With a degree in Graphic Design (UTP, 2022), I worked at Itaú, Superlógica and PagueVeloz, on insurance, cards, financial products and ERPs, before leading the Design team at Ikatec.

I have run 11 strategic workshops. Day to day, I design UI and UX flows end to end and work with design systems (Ahreas, Olympus and Nebula), Design Ops and AI in the design workflow.

2021–2022Itaú UnibancoSenior Product DesignerWorked on the digital transformation of insurance and cards across web, mobile, ATM and POS, contributing to +19% revenue in 12 months.
2022SuperlógicaSenior Product DesignerDesigned condo-management ERPs. Created and evolved the Ahreas design system during a technology migration.
2022–2023PagueVelozSenior Product DesignerDesigned financial products, created and governed the Olympus design system and mentored designers.
2023–presentIkatecLead Product DesignerI joined as a Senior PD in 2023 and took over as team lead in 2026. Today I lead 5 PDs across 9 squads, created Design Ops and structured the use of AI, which cut documentation, prototyping and development time by 33%.
