I structured Design Ops across the organization, with processes, rituals and a manual adopted by Product, Engineering and Design: monthly requests went from 30 to 48 (+60%) with the same 5 PDs.
I lead the adoption of AI in the team’s workflow with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), cutting documentation, prototyping and development time by 33%.
I look after the quality of what is produced with the Nebula DS, applied to over 55% of the platform, and I am responsible for applying the DS with AI.
I ran 11 strategic workshops to speed up decisions, alignment and product evolution.
