1. Ikatec (Digisac)

   Lead Product Designer

   Mar 2026 – PresentCurrent

   I lead a team of 5 Product Designers supporting 9 cross-functional squads across Ikatec’s SaaS products, connecting Design, Product and Engineering to drive business impact. I still work hands-on as a PD.

   • I structured Ikatec’s Design Ops, with processes, rituals and a manual that Product, Engineering and Design use every day: monthly requests went from 30 to 48 with the same 5 PDs.
   • I lead the adoption of AI in Product Design, with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Figma AI and Spec-Driven Development (SDD): documentation, prototyping and development time dropped 33%.
   • I look after the quality of what is produced with the Nebula DS, now applied to over 55% of the platform, and I am also responsible for applying the DS with AI, bringing the automated workflow into practice.
   • I ran 11 strategic workshops, speeding up decisions, alignment between teams and product evolution.

2. Senior Product Designer

   I evolved the Ikatec group’s SaaS products, across Discovery, UX Research, Design Systems, prototyping and usability testing, in continuous collaboration with PMs, Tech Leads and Engineering.

   • I led Product Design initiatives across the holding’s Web and Mobile SaaS products, with impact on secondary products and fronts of the group as well.
   • I structured experience improvements driven by business metrics and user behavior.
   • I was one of the people who started the Nebula DS, building its first components and guidelines.
   • I facilitated workshops, Design Critiques and handoffs between Product, Engineering and Design.
   • I delivered projects focused on conversion, feature evolution, retention and revenue growth.

4. PagueVeloz

   Senior Product Designer

   Dec 2022 – Dec 2023

   I evolved the financial products of PagueVeloz and Serasa Experian, with Product, Engineering and stakeholders, to improve the platform’s experience and consistency.

   • I created and governed the Olympus Design System, with guidelines, governance and visual standards.
   • I led evolution initiatives for Web and Mobile digital products.
   • I defined processes, metrics, KPIs and OKRs with PMs and Tech Leads.
   • I led the PD team, with 1:1s, workshops, technical reviews and mentoring.
   • I evolved the UXQA and documentation processes, raising the quality of deliveries between Design and Engineering.

5. Superlógica Tecnologias

   I contributed to the evolution of the Superlógica and Ahreas ERPs, built for condominium management.

   • I created and evolved the Ahreas Design System, keeping visual consistency during the product’s technology migration.
   • I established Design practices with Product and Engineering, strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
   • I supported the definition of metrics, OKRs and indicators for product evolution.
   • I worked on Discovery, user research, usability testing and new feature development.

6. Itaú Unibanco

   Senior Product Designer

   Aug 2021 – Jun 2022

   I took part in the digital transformation of Itaú’s insurance and card products across Web, Mobile, ATM and POS terminals.

   • I took part in the evolution of digital insurance products, in an initiative that generated 19% revenue growth for the business area in the 12 months after rollout.
   • I was responsible for the PDs from external consultancies, on projects such as Porto Seguro, MetLife and Petlove.
   • I collaborated on the evolution of the Design System and on standardizing the experience across digital channels.
   • I led Design Critiques, workshops and alignment initiatives between Design, Product, Marketing and Engineering.
   • I worked on Discovery, UX Research, usability testing and development follow-up.
